Returns & Warranty (Important – Please Read Before Ordering)

All return and after-sales requests must follow our marketplace RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) guidelines.

1. Unshipped Orders

• If you request a return/cancellation of an unshipped order within 30 days of the original order being processed without a valid reason,
  👉 a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

Please make sure your order details (quantity, address, and product choice) are correct before placing the order to avoid unnecessary fees.

2. Shipped Orders

• For quality or other issues, the Buyer may request a refund or reshipment within 7 days after the end customer has received the item.

• If a replacement (reshipment) is approved, the reshipment shipping cost is covered by the Seller.

⚠️ If any problem is found, please:

• Inspect the product as soon as it arrives.

• Take clear photos/videos of the issue.

• Submit your claim within the 7-day window, following the RMA process.

Requests made after this 7-day period may not be accepted.

3. Warranty Policy

• From the date of delivery, this product includes a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Within the warranty period, in case of confirmed manufacturing defects, the Buyer may request:

  • A refund, or

  • A partial reshipment, or

  • A full reshipment, depending on the situation and agreement.

All warranty service must follow the marketplace RMA procedure.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

• Damage caused by negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, or accidents, including but not limited to:
  burns, cuts, tears, abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.

• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications to the product, unless you have written approval from the Seller in advance.

• Products not purchased through the designated marketplace.

• Products that have their own individual warranty policy different from this one (in that case, the product’s specific warranty terms apply).
