10-day exchange and return policy


If there is a problem with your order (defective product, wrong order, damaged order or dislike, etc.), please
Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you in reviewing your case and getting it approved
You can then return the glass to us with the order number on the packaging (order number in
packaging as we need to refund your money under the correct order number). Of course we will send

Tatartist reserves the right to refuse any return request if the return is caused by malicious competitive business practices.
Disclaimer: You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping (unless there is a problem with the quality of the glasses).

 

Fees & Liability


All returned products will be subject to inspection and may be subject to additional fees. Returned product without its original packaging will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%. If item(s) are returned damaged or not in the original packaging, an additional 10% fee will be assessed to cover those costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and Tatartist is not responsible for any expenses incurred in the return process, including freight charges. All processing fees on returned items that were originally paid through the use of financing will be collected upfront before a return authorization number will be issued.

Tatartist Responsibilities


My product arrived damaged. what can I do?
We will take full responsibility for damaged items and we can remake them completely free of charge or offer a full refund.
Please contact us immediately and provide us with your order number, frame number and a picture of the damaged item.


The product I received was not what I ordered!
We are solely responsible if we do not fulfill your order in accordance with your order details: prescription, product (color and style) and product type
(size, color). If the prescription is incorrect, please send us a photo of your original prescription along with the order number,
and frame number. If you received the wrong product, please send us a photo of it along with your order number and product.


The product I received was missing or defective.
If you receive a product with missing parts, please send us a photo along with your order number and product.
If your product is defective, please send us a photo of the defect along with your order number and product.
If you are missing parts or the product has small defects that do not affect normal use, you are willing to accept
product, we may send you a voucher or partial refund as compensation.


Product (chair, hand rest, tool cart) broke in less than 30 days of use.
If your product fails due to the workmanship/quality of the material within 30 days of receipt,

If you don't like the style, color or finish, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. please send them

Important disclaimer:
1. Please contact our customer support team to request before returning.
2. The complete original packaging box should be provided when returning the goods, so as not to affect our secondary sales.
3. Due to lighting, different screen resolutions and photo backgrounds, the color of the product (chair, tool cart, hand rest) in reality may be different from what you see on the website.
4. Please note that the size of the frame is measured by hand, and there may be an error of 1-3mm.
